Auto-withdrawal of Bitcoin Cash to BCH address

When creating requests for auto withdrawal of xBCH funds, we ask you to pause for a few minutes between withdrawals, waiting until the transaction from the next request receives one network confirmation before creating a new one. Otherwise, requests may prevent each other from being automatically processed.

1. To create a withdrawal, make sure the current account is Bitcoin Cash (xBCH). You can switch the account on the Profile page.

2. Please carefully check the recipient BCH address you provided. In the case of an incorrect or non-existent address, funds may be lost forever.

3. The recipient's address is specified in bitcoincash format: : q**** (42 characters), or Legacy format: 1**** (34 characters), inherited from Bitcoin.

4. Withdrawals up to 1000 mBCH (1 BCH) are processed automatically. Data is transferred to the blockchain within minutes.

5. The transaction can be seen in any blockchain browser (for example: blockchain.com;  blockchair.com).

6. Transaction confirmation in the network takes some time, usually up to 1 hour. Situations when, for example, there is a connection failure with the TOR network are not excluded, in which case the withdrawal is transferred to the operator and will be delayed.

7. Withdrawals over 1000 mBCH, are handled by the operator.

8. In one day, 10 automatic withdrawals will take place with a total amount of up to 3000 mBCH, the rest will be sent to the operator.
